The state of Indiana does not currently regulate mold testers or mold remediators, meaning you do not need a certification or license to test for mold or remediate mold from a building. With this in mind, we ask you to do your due diligence when hiring someone to test or remediate for mold.

We currently do our mold testing using a Lift Tape Test. We do not offer mold remediation services, so rest assured that we will give you an unbiased inspection of your property. Service includes inspection and report.
One key component of any possible mold growth in the home is the presence of moisture. Moisture is the number one killer of a home. In order to trace the origin of any potential moisture problem, we here at New Beginnings Property Inspection, LLC have the use of a General MMD7NP moisture meter and our new HT-19 Thermal Imaging Camera.
